I just wanted to let everyone know that the printer arrived on time this morning. It had been pre-assembled, paper and ink installed and ready for installation on the network. Your technician, Shalon Haith, did a fantastic job (as usual) and had it up on the network and printing in no time at all. He answered all of my questions and demonstrated the various functions.
