David B. HampsonI just wanted to let everyone know that the printer arrived on time this morning. It had been pre-assembled, paper and ink installed and ready for installation on the network. Your technician, Shalon Haith, did a fantastic job (as usual) and had it up on the network and printing in no time at all. He answered all of my questions and demonstrated the various functions. The quality and speed are impressive and we look forward to the increased productivity it will provide to our Engineering Department. I would like to thank everyone involved for making this such an easy transaction.
