Hackworth has provided great service with quick turn-around.  There are times when we need things in a pinch and they have no problem in getting it done for us at no extra charge.  Thank you for your great work.

Steve Linton’s support is more than just ordinary information. They are meaningful and directive measurement tools that I need to share with my colleagues about our purchasing plans for the future.  Since I have known him, I can see that he always tries to guide us in the right direction and is always prompt with his response.

I just wanted to let everyone know that the printer arrived on time this morning. It had been pre-assembled, paper and ink installed and ready for installation on the network. Your technician, Shalon Haith, did a fantastic job (as usual) and had it up on the network and printing in no time at all. He answered all of my questions and demonstrated the various functions. The quality and speed are impressive and we look forward to the increased productivity it will provide to our Engineering Department. I would like to thank everyone involved for making this such an easy transaction.

I have been directing our high school productions for the past 26 years. I have tried many different places that design and create publicity posters. Most of them are adequate, some were disappointments. Eight years ago, a friend recommended Hackworth. I decided to give them a try. So I sent them my info and suggested an idea for a poster design. The response was immediate, and the design was stellar. I have loved every poster since! They take my idea and turn it into a well-designed, beautiful poster that I am proud to display. We have people come to our productions because our posters look so professional! I couldn’t be happier with their work!

Customer Service is a dying trait. I’m glad to see some companies value it as I do. Keep up the good work.
