Lynn is a proud graduate of Oscar Smith High School right here in Chesapeake. She has been working with the Hackworth family since 1981 when she started with Engineering Media. Before that Lynn was a cowgirl waitress at Rustlers Steakhouse while she was in high school. When she first started, her job duties involved running blueprints, manning the front desk, billing and small format black and white copying. Currently, Lynn is the Production Manager at Hackworth which entails overseeing the wide format black and white printing work flow, quoting bid projects and generally helping a customer any way she can.
Lynn has a son, Stephen, who was 8 months old when she starting working with the Hackworths, and three grandchildren, BriAnna, Hayliegh and Hunter. She enjoys yard work, spending time with her grand kids and shopping. If you want to buy her something she likes birdhouses and ladybug collectables.
