Hackworth now has the ability to program the newer versions of KIP software to automatically email meter readings. This is a great benefit to customers would like to have this feature setup so you don’t have to be bothered with phone calls every month.
Please contact Steve Kirnan or Corey Wilt to schedule an onsite visit. This may involve upgrading the software to the latest version. There is no charge to set up this new service unless you need to upgrade the controller hardware or operating system. Please call us at 757-545-7675 so we can find out what version of software you are running. This can only be set up on certain models of KIPs.
